COMMISSIONING & FIELD SUPPORT
At Advannor, we offer specialised on-site engineering services to ensure the successful installation, commissioning, and optimisation of complex industrial systems. Our teams of highly qualified engineers work directly at your facilities worldwide, supporting projects primarily in automation and controls, while also covering essential electrical and mechanical tasks.
We provide full flexibility in service delivery: acting as autonomous teams responsible for the entire commissioning scope or integrated within your own project teams. Depending on project requirements, services can be contracted under Time & Materials (T&M) or Work Package models, always ensuring transparency, efficiency, and technical rigour.
ON-SITE IN-DEPTH
1. AUTOMATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM
Our core expertise lies in automation and control systems, where our engineers manage the configuration, testing, and fine-tuning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
They carry out comprehensive field I/O validation, including signal checks, loop tests, and functional verifications to ensure that all sensors, actuators, and control devices operate correctly.
During commissioning, our engineers adjust and optimise software parameters, resolve system errors, and perform functional tests to guarantee the smooth operation of fully automated processes, such as intralogistics systems, renewable energy equipment, and industrial machinery.
2. ELECTRICAL DOMAIN
In the electrical domain, our teams are responsible for verifying electrical panels, wiring continuity, insulation resistance, and power distribution integrity. They ensure the correct connection and functionality of safety circuits such as emergency stops and interlocks and provide support for troubleshooting any electrical anomalies that arise during system start-up or operation.
3. MECHANICAL DOMAIN
Our engineers inspect the assembly and alignment of mechanical components, verify torque settings on fasteners and couplings, and validate the correct movement, handling, and positioning of mechanical systems. They also assist with mechanical adjustments and fine-tuning to ensure that physical installations meet design specifications and operate smoothly during commissioning.
4. COMMISSIONING PREPARATION
In addition to these technical activities, our on-site services include planning and preparation for commissioning, hardware and software integration in the field, validation of safety and performance requirements, process optimisation to improve cycle times, resolution of system errors, final validation prior to customer acceptance, and preparation of all necessary documentation including punch lists, as-built updates, and detailed commissioning reports. When required, our engineers also provide on-site guidance and basic operational training to the client’s personnel.
OUR VALUE IN ON-SITE SERVICES
We understand that the field is where engineering truly comes to life: where designs are tested, systems are proven, and the success of a project is ultimately realised. This is why our on-site services are structured to deliver real value, flexibility, and peace of mind to you.
MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS
Our multidisciplinary field competence ensures that every project benefits from engineers capable of handling automation, electrical, and mechanical challenges with confidence and precision.
We adapt easily to the client’s project structure, either by providing fully autonomous teams responsible for complete commissioning scopes or by integrating seamlessly with the client’s own teams, working side by side to achieve project goals.
TIME & MATERIALS CONTRACTS
Depending on the client’s needs, our services can be delivered under Time & Materials contracts, offering flexibility and adaptability to changing project conditions, or under Work Package agreements, ensuring clear scope, cost predictability, and accountability for defined deliverables. Above all, we bring a strong problem-solving mindset to every site.
Our engineers don’t just execute plans: they think critically, identify potential issues early, propose practical solutions, and ensure that systems perform safely, efficiently, and as intended.
INTERNATIONAL COMPANY MATURITY
With international reach and rapid deployment capability, we are ready to support clients worldwide, always upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence.
Whether for a new installation, a system upgrade, or performance optimisation, our On-Site Services ensure that every detail is verified, every system function is validated, and every project challenge is resolved, transforming engineering plans into operational success.
