About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Commissioning Technician / Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, diagnostic skills, and a collaborative approach to support system commissioning and troubleshooting activities in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance to ensure optimal operation of installed systems.
• Testing and Validation: Execute system tests to confirm compliance with functional and performance requirements.
• System Commissioning & Optimization: Configure, test, and fine-tune the RowPack system during deployment and upgrades.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational and automation-related failures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operators, programmers, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth system integration and performance.
• Technical Documentation: Accurately document procedures, interventions, test results, and resolutions to maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in system commissioning, preferably in packaging or automation environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both hardware and software contexts.
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as required for on-site commissioning activities.
