As a System Integration Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for client requests, coordinating across teams and helping resolve operational issues on live automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client requests related to system operation

• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams or decision-makers and follow through to resolution

• Coordinate across technical, production, and client teams to keep operations running smoothly

• Support fault resolution processes by connecting the right people at the right time

• Support change management processes related to the system

• Track and follow up on day-to-day production topics linked to the installed automation

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

• Strong administrative and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders

• Ability to organize and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Fluent English

• Availability for shift work and a 3-month on-site assignment in Germany

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to industrial, automation, or production environments

• Familiarity with automation/instrumentation systems (nice-to-have)
